2020 vision is a good thing normally, but nobody had the vision of what was going to happen with this year 2020.

People did not know their businesses would close ( and in some cases not open again) our martial arts clubs have opened and closed and hopefully we will open again and keep going. It's been a tough year for everyone but like everything this event will pass and we will come out the other side with even more appreciation for life.

With all that's took place regarding different levels of restrictions due to this unforeseen virus, it makes you think about all the good and bad things in life. I should of visited my parents more, I should of visited friends more, it makes you think about all the simple things in life like going for a walk, a coffee, a concert etc. It makes you think about the fact people can work from home and not waste endless hours in traffic. It makes you think of all the things you should of tried like learning a musical instrument, learning to swim, learning how to paint, maybe even learn about martial arts.

I know for me martial arts has got me through all the highs and lows that life constantly throws at you, it helps you keep balance and gives you the motivation to keep going forward.

In December we will hopefully move to a level that enables us to train in our clubs both for kids and adults.

We will be doing Zoom classes in the lead up to the country hopefully reopening in December.
Our Zoom classes are not the exact same as training in a Dojo but you can get a feel of what it's like regarding getting warmed up and the heart pumping. When I started training I always felt good during and after the class. I think it's very important that we look after our bodys and mental health all of the time but especially in times like these.

If you are interested in an introductory zoom class please private message us and we will send you details/information. (Depending how many people are interested)
It would be a great way to get a feel for what we do from the comfort of your own home and then hopefully it will make your first step to our club that bit easier.

Gambatte- never give up

Thank you to all our members who have supported us.
