Ryan started at 78kg in the first picture and wrapped up his lean gaining phase today an additional 3kg heavier and with a lower body fat percentage then when he started 🤯

105kg - 88kg In just 10 weeks.
This lifestyle client came to me with a goal of improving his diet and improving his overall body composition by building muscle and losing excess body fat. While working together for 10 weeks this is exactly what we did in the 10 weeks working together and we have now entered into a lean gaining phase.

This transformation speaks for itself 👏🏽 Sean has nailed the last 8 weeks and was consistent throughout and as a result he is now bigger, stronger and leaner than when we initially started. This is how a lean gaining phase should be done, there is no need to be adding unnecessary body fat to add size.

8 weeks work 🔥
Saoirses goal at the start of the 8 weeks was to feel more comfortable in her body and to become stronger and lift heavier as she had hit a plateau with her training. 8 weeks on she has smashed her goals and also has improved her body composition and is looking great!
When saoirse first came to me she was worried she wouldn’t be able to complete the 8 weeks as she didn’t have access to a kitchen due to her job. This wasn’t an issue we worked around this issue and smashed her gaols!
