Santa came to the Elite Strength & Fitness building to do a workout before he delivered the toys to all the boys and girls 🎁He needed to build strength to carry the big bag of toys, throwing himself up and down chimneys and driving on the reindeer so we put him through his paces 💪 He got a session in and necked down some milk and cookies for bulking season straight after 🥛🍪

See you all this week to train hard before the celebrations begin 🦃

Yesterday mornings class !! Everyone worked super hard and put in a savage effort 💪

This is Joe, he came to me 6 weeks ago saying he wanted to lose a stone (just over 6kg or nearly 14lbs). I initially said "no Joe I'd rather not rush a weight loss because it can put stress on the person and they obsess over scales" ⚖️ but as time went on the work was put in and it turned to being really doable 💯

He needed 3 things

Concentration (on a goal)
Structure
Accountability

We cracked on with it and I must say he is one of the hardest working guys I've come across ! There was days when I had to say "you should really do less today you're going to be wrecked from work,family life and exercise".

He works from home and snacking was a problem. We got around that pretty easy and he nailed his food while still in the 6 weeks he had a drink or two 🍻

Super proud and really happy with this man.

The weekend just gone we had our very own client/athlete Callam Hill compete in Amsterdam at the Taekwon-Do World Championship. He worked with me over the past 12 weeks and from the beginning done his best at everything 💪

Lifting some great weights while keeping explosive and working on some fitness for the fights he would be in 👊 His hard work paid off !! Stronger and faster than ever

Callam secured bronze 🥉🇮🇪 which was a brilliant achievement for him. A young lad with plenty talent

A 3 month availability has become open for the evening class 17:30-18:30 July until the end of September. Hopefully after that we can work with something to stay on.

The evening class tearing through exercises yesterday. Two fantastic sessions put in by both the evening and morning classes 💯

Still tender from Tuesday but they Powered on Thursday got the job done and got some chocolate for the weekend (they burned it off that night alone 😁)🍫🐇

Evening class was in full swing 😁 everyone proved they are a lot fitter than what they were even a few weeks ago 👌 from battle ropes to box jumps 📈
