Real growth begins when we feel safe. When the body feels safe, it relaxes. When it relaxes, we open. And when we open, change becomes possible.

That’s what Body & Soul Integration is about.
Every Wednesday evening, we come together at:

• Wednesdays - Brú Columbanus in Wilton
• 7:00pm to 8:30pm

We move, breathe, and connect.
