🟢🏐🔴 5th/6th Class Girls/Boys Blitz 🔴🏐🟢

Well done to all the girls and boys who took part in the Allianz Carraigdhoun Sciath na Scol football blitzes!
It was great to see so many children taking part!

The boys blitz took place on Monday in beautiful sunshine ☀️
Congrats to Gaelscoil Carraig Uí Leighin on winning Roinn A and to Crosshaven boys who were the runners up.
Ballygarvan were the winners in Roinn B and Holy Well were the runners up.

On Tuesday, the girls blitzes took place. Ballygarvan NS were the overall winners in Roinn A and GS Carraig Uí Leighin were the runners up.
In Roinn B Holywell were victorious and Naomh Eltin were runners up after a great final.

There were super performances from every team who took part.

Thank you to all the teachers who prepared the children so well.
The future is very bright in the South East!

It was the turn of the 4th class girls to take part in the Sciath na Scol Carrigdhoun Indoor blitz on Friday in Riverstick hall. Allianz Sciath na Scol Chorcaí
The girls had lots of fun and showed great determination, skill and teamwork throughout!
