One week complete and you guys are absolutely smashing this Steps Challenge as we have already crossed the 1,500km mark collectively !!
The increase in steps was definitely helped by all those who came down to our Community Walk last Monday evening so we hope to see all of ye back again, and maybe a few new faces too next Monday at 7pm, until then… keep Walking !! 😀

Reminder of FREE community breath work session with Myles tomorrow evening in the Clubhouse at 20:00pm.
All welcome to attend whether club members or not.

🇶🇦🇶🇦🇶🇦🌟Junior Football🌟🇶🇦🇶🇦🇶🇦

🎉Our Junior Footballers had a fantastic victory today over O’Carolan College, Nobber winning by a narrow 3 points in the quarter final of the North Leinster competition. 🏆

🐌Trailing by 2 points at halftime 🕰️, our lads battled tirelessly in the second half to secure a win in this local derby. ⚽

🙌It was an excellent team performance overall and the lads should be very proud of their brilliant wins so far this season. 🎉 We now await the draw this Thursday to see who we will play in the semi final. 🤞

Huge thanks to their excellent managers Mr Simon Cadden and Mr John McBride for their guiding the team to today's victory. 🙌👏

A great turnout for our first Community Walk of 2026, with almost 40 brave souls joining us in the Park, as Safety Car Ellie led us on our way for an hours walk and chat !!

Well done to those who stuck it out for the full hour despite the rain threatening to dampen our spirits and a massive thank you to Marie and Johanna for providing a much needed mug of hot tea and some snacks in the Clubhouse afterwards!

We hope to see you all back again next Monday evening in the Park at 7pm, and don’t worry if you missed this one you can sill come along next week and get stuck in !! 😀

We are delighted to partner with Meath Local Sports Partnership once again for our 2026 Community Walk initiative.

The walks in Ballinlough will take place on Monday evenings in the Park at 19:00pm and will run for six weeks.

Tea/Coffee and Healthy snacks will be available in the Clubhouse after each walk and it is open to everyone, you do not have to be a member of the club to join in on the six week Community Walk Programme… so we hope to see plenty of ye there on Monday evening !! 😊

St Ciarans CS. 0-16 🇶🇦 🎉
O Carolan College 1-12

🙌Well done to our Senior Boys Footballers who won their North Leinster Championship semi final against O'Carolan College Nobber. 🎉The lads came through a fantastic battle on a scoreline of 0-16 to 1-12 with a late St Ciarans point proving the winner. 💪

⚡Nobber settled better and led by two at the break. A goal early in the second half put the Nobber lads in control, before St Ciarans mounted a brilliant second half performance and came out by the minimum in a tough but very sporting encounter. 👏

Well done to both teams for the fantastic game and a massive thank you to their managers Mr Peter Carry and Mr Cillian Comaskey for their tactical expertise and their incredible player development! 💪🙌

The lads go on now to the North Leinster final where they will play Gallen CS Ferbane. 🇶🇦 🇶🇦 🇶🇦 🇶🇦 🇶🇦🎉

Marcia Hand leads the way at the moment while I’ve somehow snuck into the Top 10 but fear not, normal service will resume there shortly I imagine!!

There’s a couple of names who haven’t logged any steps yet so please check that your Tracker devices are connected to the MyLife App as there seems to have being some issues earlier in the day… well that was Ronan Harte’s excuse anyway !! 😄
