I am thrilled to announce the launch of Atlantic Fitness Skibbereen, a brand new gym located in Carbery Enterprise Park.

This has been a dream in the making, and I want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who has supported and helped bring this vision to life – without those around me this wouldn't be possible.

Meet Jack 👏

Anyone who knows Jack, knows how hard he works in the kitchen to produce incredible food and his commitment to top notch service at his restaurant . I can confidently say his mindset to always improving and striving for more has benefited himself immensely in his pursuit to get fitter, stronger and more mobile over the course of the past number of weeks.

I could not be more pleased with how Jack has come on over the course of him training with me. We have dropped an EXTREMELY impressive 1 and a half stone (18 pounds) and have greatly improved his shoulder mobility!

With such a busy schedule owning, running and cheffing in a top restaurant, Jacks commitment to bettering himself is an inspiration to those who struggle to find time to get to the gym. It just goes to show, if you don't have the time you have to make the time, nothing worthwhile comes easy. He is a true real life example of how consistency and hard work yields results.

Congratulations Jack on your dedication and improvement thus far, you should be very proud of yourself. 👏👏
