Following last night’s AGM, we’ve got a problem.

The attendance was poor and as a result we couldn’t even appoint a new Chairman. Because of that, Crosshaven AFC is now calling an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on **Tuesday 9th June at 8pm**.

Here’s the honest truth: we have nearly 300 playing members and the club is growing nicely on the pitch. But behind the scenes, the number of volunteers is shrinking fast. The same small group of people are being asked to do more and more, and they’re exhausted. We desperately need help.

This is your club. The committee aren’t some mysterious group of people – they’re just volunteers, exactly like the grounds people, parents, coaches, and everyone else. They’ve done a brilliant job improving our facilities and just recently we’ve fenced off off our grounds & have even secured a grant to upgrade the small Astro. But they can’t keep doing everything.

We need people to step up and take responsibility for fundraising, registration, memberships, administration, and supporting the football side of the club.

So the real question is: Can you make a difference?

Your kids (and probably their kids) are going to be playing here for years to come. This is our chance to work together and build something really strong for the future of Crosshaven AFC to maximise our potential.

We genuinely need you. You can reach out here, through your kids coaches or chat with the people you know are involved. No matter how small your contribution it all adds up.
