Hello All Divers!
We have some great news :)
We were getting lots of enquires about Portroe Dive Centre being open during a week. We understand that lots of divers work during the weekend so for the summer season we will open the quarry any day of the week on demand!
From the 30th of May we are available for You 7 days a week, 9 - 17 and for all interested we can also cater for mid week night dives.
Very important notice!
To avail of mid week diving ( Monday - Friday ) please confirm Your arrival by phone or txt on 0868600027. Please remember we will only open the dive centre if we know you're are coming.

Hello all Divers!
Summer is just around the corner and week by week we see more divers visiting the quarry to check their equipment before full diving season kicks in. We want to dive safely and be sure our gear will work properly will not let us down underwater. Portroe is a good place to check that everything is working as it should and to do practise our skills so we can fully enjoy diving in summer.
Lots of instructors choose Portroe as their teaching site and we see lots of new divers coming to us every week. We plan to build another underwater platform in near future. We will also have larger changing rooms to acommodate more divers.
We get a lots of questions regarding opening hours and terms & conditions of using the quarry. All information You can find via link below:

Important.
Every new diver coming to dive in Portroe Quarry must fill in membership application wich are available on site. For safety reasons only divers who filled in this form are allowed to dive. Anyone who aleady signed the forms, please remeber to bring in Your card every time You visit the quarry.
All visitors declaration forms are ready to be picked up. Make sure to ask at the reception for the Portroe card.
This weekend 16 April we are planning a night dive. Anyone interested please let us know via facebook.

3/04/2016 (Sunday) we are organizing a Dry Suit Course, location, Portroe Dive Centre. One space available. Starting time at 0900.
9/04/2016 (Saturday) we are conducting another course (Advanced Nitrox) The course is for divers who want to step into technical diving and go beyond the normal recreational diving limits. Location ‘Portroe Dive Centre’ One space available.
