πYesterday someone told me about this poem when I was opening up about some Challenging emotions. I read it when I got home and it made all the hairs on my arms stand up.π
πThe words that keep coming to me these last few weeks are 'allowing' and 'acceptance' - for myself and for others. Allowing emotion to pass through rather than fighting against it. Knowing that each emotion, each sensation and each moment that we feel is transient. There is light around the corner, we just need to take one step at a time towards it π

I ran my first retreat with Who knew it would be so special, being surrounded by beautiful, like minded people, in nature, travelling freely, hugging freely, practicing together. π
Can't wait for the day to come to be able to organise my next retreat ππ

Yoga this evening is Moving Mindfully at 6.15 - a slow, Mindful, breath focused practice to allow you to settle into your body and the present moment. Suitable for all levels.

This Sunday π
On the weekend of the New Moon π We will be creating and inviting in more of what we want, need and dream of. π
The New Moon is a perfect time to manifest what you desire and in this evening Yin/Meditation/Yoga Nidra, we will be doing just that. We will focus on gratitude for what we already have and Sankalpa (heart felt desires).
9pm-10.30pm ish.. and off you go to sleep and dream your wildest dreams π΄
All you will need is your cosy bed, a pen and paper and an open heart β₯οΈ

Yin to Sleep Workshop π΄
I'm offering a night time Yin Yoga workshop on Wednesday 10th at 9.15pm - 10.30pm.π
It will be a blend of Yin Yoga, pranayama and guided meditation to put you into the sleepiest of states. I would advise that you do this workshop from your bedroom or even your bed.. ππ
At the end you will be lulled into a deep sleep and I will close off the class without disturbing you π
Workshop is β¬12 and will be 1 hour and 15 minutes.
If you're struggling with anxiety/stress/sleep or anything else, this kind of practice is so nourishing for you.
