RIP to long term member David O Sullivan. He was always in good spirits and put smiles on everybody’s faces in the gym. A gentleman. Very sad news.

Hardcore Bodybuilding Club Awards 2019 -

Winner - Kiefer O'Sullivan

Kiefer has trained hard throughout the year here in the club, putting up some very impressive numbers. He has set this years club record in the squat with a 280kg Raw Squat. Kiefer finished the competitive season with a 1st place win at the IPF Intervarsity Championship 2019.

1st Place for Kiefer O'Sullivan in 120kg Weight class, IPF Powerlifting Competition. Great showing on the day going 8/9 on his attempts. Congrats from all at The Hardcore Gym 💪💪.

We are saddened to hear of the sudden illness of one of our past members, Kevin Donnelly. From everyone here at the Hardcore, we would like to send our prayers to Kevin and his family at this time.
