I’m Karina Taoughlist the owner of KT Confidence Coaching. I’m an adult and teenager confidence coach. I hold a diploma in Life and Executive Coaching as well as a QQI Level 6 in Professional Coaching Practice and Ethics. I have vast experience working with children and teenagers from different positions and projects.

Native from France I came to Ireland in September 2010 as a French Teaching assistant during my Masters of English. I was first working in the secondary in Castlerea County Roscommon. I loved the country so much that I decided to stay. It’s in Cork that I found a job and settled down here in July 2011. I love Ireland and Cork in particular. This is my home.
