Round 14 of the Men’s First Division and I was back on comms for UCD’s visit to St. Colman’s Park to take on

A really good game for the neutrals, lovely football played throughout, but unfortunately UCD coming away with the 3 points after a really good second half. It means they jump to the top of the table.

Back on comms Friday week for the game against Athlone Town!

A double commentary day for me on Friday, the usual comms for as they took on Longford Town came after bringing back to where it all started on commentary for me at the Track and Field Championships taking place in MTU, where I got my first ever taste of talking into a mic, 9 years ago! It’s been a crazy journey since but I’ve loved it all!

After back to back away games it was finally time to commentate again! vs Treaty United in St. Colman’s Park. A first home win of the season for the Rams and what a win it was! A Dylan McGlade hat trick and getting his second Rams goal, plus a first clean sheet of the season. 6 points from 6 this weekend for Cobh, it’s been good!

The final commentary of 2025 and it was back to St Colman’s Park for the Jackie O’Driscoll Premier Division Cup Final, defending champions taking on the defeated 2024 finalists . Streamed once again by Full Time Productions and it was great to be back on the mic alongside , I did my first ever football commentary with Aaron on Co-comms so it’s always nice to commentate with him again!
