"Lisa is just incredible, being able to learn from her was an honour.

The coaching course was so well put together, with so much powerful information, I have come out with a much deeper and integrated understanding of not only the work but of myself and how I can support others.

I think the greatest and most valuable aspect was the process groups and especially having Lisa there as we explored different coaching methods. I think I learnt more from listening to her than anything else!

I would absolutely recommend joining this course. I looked at several other courses, cheaper, more local but none had what Lisa has to offer, she is the reason I joined and I am so glad I did!"

Today, the 21st of December we celebrate the winter solstice. This is the day of the year where the dark is at its longest. We lean into the darkness around us and within us. We allow ourselves to rest into the dark. To be held by the dark. To not be afraid of the dark but allow it to be a comfort blanket around us. Soothing us. Protecting us. Loving us. We honour and thank the darkness.

This day is a moment to reflect on the year and all we have moved through. To celebrate, to give thanks, to let go, to replenish. It is also a time to allow, to meet, to feel, to grieve, to let the darkness work and heal us.

The winter solsticeΒ  is also the day where we celebrate the return of the light. The promise of spring. Of hope, rebirth, and life. From our place of rest, we can look forward to all that is to come.

Thank you to current students and graduates of the for joining me in today's online celebration. It was an honour and joy! And thanks for listening to my new poem ☺️

Snap from my sunny solstice walk this morning 😎

Hey friend πŸ‘‹ I would love your help with something...

I'm doing some research for a new programme on menstrual cycle challenges and the mind-body connection.

Can you relate to...

βœ…οΈ Are you someone who suffers in some way with your cycle?

βœ…οΈ Maybe physical pain, emotional symptoms, burnout?

βœ…οΈ Or perhaps you experience PMDD, PMS, endometriosis, heavy cycles, or perimenopause symptoms?

βœ…οΈ Maybe you've 'tried a lot of things' but still feel stuck?

πŸ€” Or do you know someone who might relate?

I would love to have a quick chat with you over a cup of tea to help me learn more and really refine my project.

You'd be doing me a huge favour! All information will be strictly confidential and treated for research purposes only.

πŸ‘‰ Comment RESEARCH below, and I'll send you the link to book a chat with me.

Please share with or tag anyone who comes to mind.

Much appreciated!!

A pleasure to deliver Endometriosis Awareness Training to the team at the Agency today.

I absolutely love working with professionals who are looking to integrate this awareness and these skills into their practice.

We discussed endo from a mind-body and pain science perspective. Understanding not just the biology and treatment, but also our relationship with the menstrual cycle, pain, and the stress that navigating the medical system can place on the nervous system.

Supporting our clients with their sense of agency, power, choice, and feeling supported is vital.

The counselling team over at the IFPA do incredible work in so many areas across women's health from pregnancy loss and abortion to fertility and menopause.

These are such important topics for therapy and often not taught in training schools. Do give them a follow πŸ’–

What an absolute joy and huge honour to have spent the night in Cork for Female Foubder Awards. I was absolutely over the moon to have my work recognised in TWO finalist categories πŸ₯³πŸ€—

I'm especially grateful for all the clients and students who have moved through my programmes over the years. I was saying to another business owner yesterday that my job is to listen. Deep listening and reflection. Because from that place I create my best work. Without all my participants, I could not craft it in such a way. Thank you for seeing and trusting me πŸ™

A huge congrats to all the amazing winners, and thank you to all the team for such a great night.

It's always fun to get dolled up πŸ‘  πŸ’…... There are days where my creativity flows, and I end up still in my pjs for most of the afternoon πŸ˜‚

And today... a little detour from Cork via Waterford to try on wedding rings πŸ€β˜•οΈβœ¨οΈ
