The Sound of Music 2026 at the Cork Opera House 🥰
As The Sound of Music comes to an end tonight we just wanted to share a post about how incredibly proud of both of our beautiful students Sofia and Ruby who have been having the most incredible summer performing alongside such a wonderfully talented cast.
We take pride in how hard working all of our students are and how genuinely kind and lovely they are to everyone and to see them shine in such an incredible production makes us the proudest teachers & studio owners around 🫶
It’s our first time putting students forward for anything like this and we had no idea what to expect and we were absolutely blown away so a huge thank you to their fabulous Musical Theatre teacher Sarah B H for all the hard work put into everyone who auditioned. We know Sarah is incredibly proud of the girls as a teacher but also as a mom watching her daughter Sofia play the youngest of the Von Trapp children, Gretl 🥹
We know the girls are devastated the production has come to an end as they have had the time of their lives but we know this is just the beginning for them ⭐️
The future of all these talented kids in cork is so incredibly bright 🤩💫

We are so shocked but incredibly grateful to announce that we are finalists in 12 different categories for this years Golden Dance Awards. We are thrilled to be able to announce now that 2 of our beautiful students Ruby Treacy and Sofia Hochstedler have been cast in the upcoming production of The Sound of Music in Cork Opera House running from July 23rd.
Ruby will play the part of Brigitta and Sofia will play the part of Gretl 🩷🩵
We are so incredibly proud of all of our students who auditioned through the different rounds some making it to the final stages, your future is so bright 🤩
We want to say the biggest congratulations and thank you to our fabulous Musical Theatre teacher Sarah Burke Hochstedler on all of your hard work with our students and guiding them through our first time auditioning for anything like this, we could never have imagined a few years ago having these opportunities so we appreciate everything you do 🫶

So excited for our last 2 shows of the term 🥹🫶 We are so incredibly proud of all of our students and the progress everyone has made this past year 🥰 We can’t wait to see where the next term takes us 🩰
