For nearly 20 years, we’ve been teaching people how to protect themselves with practical, no-nonsense skills that work in the real world. At Institute Krav Maga Ireland, training is about more than punches and kicks, it’s about building confidence, resilience, and the ability to handle pressure when it matters most.

Our classes are designed for everyone. Kids and teens gain confidence, discipline, and awareness while learning how to deal with challenges. Adults train to get fitter, sharper, and prepared for real-life situations. Women find empowerment in learning techniques that are simple, direct, and effective.

🔪KNIFE ATTACK RESPONSE SEMINAR in CLONMEL🔪
🗓️ 12TH NOVEMBER 2023, SUNDAY 11AM TO 2PM
Join us to learn the practical and valuable principles and tactics we use to survive a confrontation with an assailant armed with a knife.

💥In today's world it is a sad fact that knife crime and knife attacks are on the increase. RUN AWAY!!! This is always the first thing we teach. Whenever possible, get out of a potentially dangerous situation as quickly as possible. However, we understand that this is not always possible.

This unique seminar is designed to give you the tools and awareness of what to do if you are threatened or attacked with a knife. 🥷 The seminar will be led by Arthur Dziadkowiec, Head Instructor of the Institute Krav Maga Ireland.
No previous training required. Ages 15 and over.
