Preparing tomorrow's class, we're excited to introduce our 'balloon yoga'. €12 payg 10am supernova (includes stay and play)

Due to circumstances outside our control SuperSensations will not be on tomorrow. Classes will resume next week.

Classes are back tomorrow at 10am in Supernova. Classes for the last few weeks before summer break will be Payg. €12 which includes stay and play in Supernova after.

So excited to get our new props from . These will be used in the 'trail' section of our child yoga and sensory development classes. We have a different trail each week to compliment our theme of the week (swipe left to see this week's trail). The trail section is designed to stimulate and develop the childs proprioception and vestibular senses.

Unfortunately due to a maintenance issue with the hall we are postponing the start date for our classes in douglas.
There is no change to the ballincollig classes.

Douglas ICA Hall starts Wed 13th of March.
