Solid spin this morning with the Saturday crew. Picked up 2 more on the way to macroom and even got a bit of sunshine to make the miles go faster . The women’s mondello team were out doing some TT training and all.Thanks all who joined was a great spin

We’re proud to have three of our riders heading to Scotland to take on The Gralloch Joan Mc Donald Terence O'r Sophos Gregg– one of the toughest and most prestigious gravel races in the UK and part of the UCI Gravel World Series. 🌍
Battling over 100km of rugged forest roads and relentless climbs in Galloway, this is no ordinary spin – it’s a true test of endurance, grit, and determination 💪
With the added incentive that the top 25% in each age category qualify for the UCI Gravel World Championships, there’s plenty on the line! 🏆
Wishing the lads the very best of luck – we’ll be cheering you on all the way from Cork! 👏🇮🇪

A few Rondians headed off to Girona to take on the Traka 100 & 200… and what an event it turned out to be. Big miles, tough terrain, and an atmosphere that proves one thing loud and clear — gravel is very much alive.
Massive effort from everyone who took part 💪
And the excitement doesn’t stop there… the club will be hosting the 2026 Irish Gravel Nationals this year 👀☘️
