Just trying to show that it can be done. You can stay fit, healthy and in those skinny jeans!! Eating the right stuff, training hard and living your life is what it's all about. There is some sacrifice involved but it's worth the effort! As a personal trainer I like to inspire and motivate people but still keeping it real :-) I share my experiences as a normal, everyday working Mum who Lifts, Eats and Lives!!
