let's talk about back and fundamental exercise called pull ups. Technically and physically not everyone is capable to perform this exercise that improves explosiveness and balance of your body. To build up your strength you can use assisted pull ups machine, that has multiple grips to target different areas of you muscles. The machine uses counterbalance weights, which means the higher the weight you set the machine, the easier the exercise becomes. Set the weight to 20 pounds less than your weight, complete three to five reps, and then adjust the weight accordingly.

Take it one meal at a time
Thinking that you’re going to have to eat well all the time forever is overwhelming. But focusing on the here and now makes it a lot more manageable – about to have breakfast? Do your best to make this one meal the healthiest you can. Do the same at lunch, and again at dinner, but stop worrying about that meal out you’ve got planned three months down the line.

How to GET MORE From Your Workout
Use the following three tips to bring your routine up to the next level:
1. Be Unstable: Use your entire body, and target your core, by
performing exercises that engage stabilizing muscles. To do this use
an exercise ball, a balance board, a balance disk, or you could simply
stand on one leg.
2. Add Resistance: The more resistance that you incorporate with your
routine translates into higher intensity and more calories burned.
Some ideas for adding resistance include: carrying dumbbells while
doing lunges, wearing a weighted vest while walking or jogging, or
putting a weight between your feet while doing leg raises.
3. Use Intervals: Interval training is an amazing tool for creating
short yet effective workouts. Don’t worry, it’s not complicated.
Interval training is simply alternating between different short bursts
of activity.

I can't say enough about the dangers of refined sugar.
Regular sugar consumption will always cause weight gain. In addition to ruining your figure, chronic sugar consumption puts you at risk of numerous health problems.

Week 1-7
Graham has joined our ‘’Muscle building’’ program in a middle of
August. Being extremely busy in his office work, traveling on a
company business trips he found it very difficult to gain weight. His
metabolism is extremely fast, so we had to develop a meal and
nutrition plan to fit into his busy routine and still achieve his
fitness goal. We set a time, we set priorities and we set a target.
Every week we could see great improvements on his performance and
physical appearance. He became very comfortable with all equipment in
a gym and he started pushing himself with extra sessions on his own.
No one can take away his power of will, determination and great
ambitions. So we grew from size S to M and on a way to size L now.
Great to see his confidence growing and I am glad to call him a good
friend of mine. Really proud of him.
