Desk Worker Reset – Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release
April 12 | 2–4 pm

For those who spend their days at a desk, on a laptop, or in front of a screen, this is your reset.

A 2-hour session combining Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release to ease tension, improve mobility, and restore balance in the body.

We’ll work into the areas most affected by prolonged sitting: neck, shoulders, back, wrists, and hips.

Step away from the screen and reconnect with your body.
