Weโ€™re back again with a brand new Jog 4 All training block starting this Wednesday March 4th at 6.30pm on the Clonakilty Greenway.

Over the next 8 weeks weโ€™ll build fitness, confidence and consistency together, all leading up to the Bandon 5km at the end of April, a great goal race for beginners and improvers alike.

Whether youโ€™re:
โœ… Starting your running journey
โœ… Looking to improve your fitness
โœ… Getting back into running
โœ… Or chasing a new PB
Thereโ€™s a place for you in the group.

Huge shoutout to these legends this morning at Ballincollig Parkrun ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

4 of our Jog 4 All beginners from the recent 8-week block completed their very first Parkrun today and what a way to do it!

Their progress has been incredible to watch. Always determined, consistent with training, and constantly motivating each other in class. The laughs, the effort, and the support they show one another is what Jog 4 All is all about.

As a coach, Iโ€™m very proud of this crew today. First Parkrun ticked offโ€ฆ and Iโ€™ve no doubt thereโ€™s plenty more milestones ahead for them.

The journey has only just begun ๐Ÿ’ช

These are my 3 golden rules:

Easy runs build your aerobic engine. Push every run, and you wonโ€™t recover โ€” no recovery means no fitness gains. ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Itโ€™s not about one perfect week โ€” itโ€™s about showing up, day after day, week after week. Just keep stacking those days, and progress will follow naturally ๐Ÿงฑ
