Weโre back again with a brand new Jog 4 All training block starting this Wednesday March 4th at 6.30pm on the Clonakilty Greenway.
Over the next 8 weeks weโll build fitness, confidence and consistency together, all leading up to the Bandon 5km at the end of April, a great goal race for beginners and improvers alike.

Huge shoutout to these legends this morning at Ballincollig Parkrun ๐๐โโ๏ธ
4 of our Jog 4 All beginners from the recent 8-week block completed their very first Parkrun today and what a way to do it!
Their progress has been incredible to watch. Always determined, consistent with training, and constantly motivating each other in class. The laughs, the effort, and the support they show one another is what Jog 4 All is all about.
As a coach, Iโm very proud of this crew today. First Parkrun ticked offโฆ and Iโve no doubt thereโs plenty more milestones ahead for them.
The journey has only just begun ๐ช

Easy runs build your aerobic engine. Push every run, and you wonโt recover โ no recovery means no fitness gains. ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ

Itโs not about one perfect week โ itโs about showing up, day after day, week after week. Just keep stacking those days, and progress will follow naturally ๐งฑ

Recovery is part of training.
No sleep, no progress. No fuel, no gains. You don't just get fitter from workouts - how you recover after the workouts is what matters ๐ด
There are no hacks. You donโt need extreme workouts, fancy gadgets, luxury gear, or overpriced supplements. What you do need is:
