Hi Lads, the last post here was 13 years ago! It's been nearly 20 years since we first did the Kaizendo Kickboxing in Mallow. I hope you are all keeping well?
My latest projects are personal/private training for health, fitness and longevity, mainly online for busy people. So it doesn't matter where you are...in or out of the country!

Congratulations to Sarah Breeney and Lorraine Delaney who past their 2nd Dan Test Yesterday. As usual, it was a brilliant grading organised by Patrick Goulding and Christine Goulding. The results for the rest of the candidates will be out next Tuesday. Frank Murphy

This Saturday will see the next Black Belt grading for the Kaizendo Students in Cork. The special Guest of honour will be none other than Master Martial Arts Instructor Mark Lee, owner of the prestigious Real World Self Defence and Fitness centre, which is one of the largest martial arts gyms in Ireland. A former military serviceman from the US army, he has a unique and varied martial arts backround, with black belts in numerous styles and holding degrees from Washington and Chicago universities. He will be on hand to witness the standard of those testing. Admission to the event is free to the public and if attending please note that you must be seated and do arrive early. The doors are open Saturday morning at 10.30 am and the show gets underway at 11am, Mallow GAA Sports Complex at Carrigoon. For more information on Kaizendo visit www.kaizendofitness.com.
