I have two beautiful boys, Jack who is 11 and Sonny who is 5. I am engaged to the lovely Barry who I have been with for 17 years now. I have decided to start this page to try and help me reach my goal of getting fit and healthy, oh and be a smaller version of myself for the besties wedding next year. Its not every day you get asked to lead your best friend up the isle to marry the love of her life

Hi, sorry I have been missing from here for a couple of weeks . I didn’t make it to group last week so the last time I was there was the 4th of November and I had gained 1.5 lbs . I have also not been well, I’m currently on antibiotics for tonsillitis ( yay 🙌🏻) so as you can imagine it’s been awful 😢. Anyway I went to group after work and got myself weighed and I have lost 6lbs and got my 1.5 stone award . That’s 23.5 so far . Slow and steady and all that jazz seems to be working ! Also not putting myself under the same pressure I did before is working too. My life is different now and I’m working full time which means I just don’t have the same time for ME as I used to and that’s ok too .

Hey sorry I have been MIA .. I didn’t go to group last week as I had family commitments. Back today and I’m down 3lbs . That’s 1 stone 4 lbs in 5 weeks. Fingers crossed I get my stone and a half award next week 🙌🏻

I have not been feeling great today as I’ve had tummy ache so didn’t eat very much but I know I needed something so I decided on an omelette with vegetables and my cheese allowance.
