OUR BEGINNER / TECHNIQUE SESSIONS ARE 8 SESSIONS RUN IN A CONTINUOUS CYCLE WITH EACH SESSION FOCUSING ON ONE CLASSICAL LIFT OR ASPECT OF THAT LIFT.
FALL IN AT ANYTIME.
THE GOALS OF THESE SESSIONS ARE TO PROVIDE IN DEPTH TECHNICAL COACHING OF THE SN**CH, CLEAN AND JERK TO HELP YOU PROGRESS INTO YOUR FIRST WEIGHTLIFTING TRAINING PROGRAMME.
THE BEGINNER / TECHNIQUE SESSIONS ARE ALSO BENEFICIAL FOR THOSE LOOKING IMPROVE THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND HONE THEIR OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING TECHNIQUE TO BENEFIT OTHER TRAINING MODALITIES, SUCH AS CROSSFIT OR STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING TRAINING FOR SPORT.
