Hey Everyone👋🏼

I know some of you will have noticed some changes on this page over the past few days.
Not to worry, we’re still open and operating as usual, but we have had to make a few changes to our socials. Most notably here on Facebook.

We have had to start up a new page for us to continue our development.

This new page can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61563012114739

We’re looking forward to sharing all our updates with you over there

Cold Water Immersion: Boost Your Recovery and Health! 🏊‍♂️

💦 Here are some of the incredible benefits of using our CET Cryospa baths with a temperature range of 1 - 4 degrees. Let's dive in!

❄️ Cold Water Immersion Benefits:
1️⃣ Speeds Up Recovery: Cold water immersion can help reduce inflammation and muscle soreness after intense workouts or competitions. It promotes faster recovery, allowing you to get back to peak performance sooner.

2️⃣ Enhances Circulation: Immersing your body in cold water stimulates blood flow, which can enhance the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to your muscles and organs. This increased circulation aids in tissue repair and rejuvenation.

3️⃣ Boosts Energy and Mood: Cold water immersion activates your body's natural "fight or flight" response, releasing endorphins and adrenaline. This can help improve your mood, increase alertness, and provide an energy boost.

4️⃣ Supports Immune Function: Studies suggest that cold water immersion may have positive effects on the immune system, helping to strengthen your body's defences against illness and infections.

🌬️ Steps to Take When Using a Cryo-bath:
1️⃣ Start with a warm-up: Prior to entering the cryo-bath, warm up your body with light exercise or stretching to prepare your muscles and joints.

2️⃣ Gradual immersion: Step into the cryo-bath slowly, allowing your body to acclimate to the cold temperature. Begin with shorter time periods, such as 1-2 minutes, and gradually increase your duration over time.

3️⃣ Focus on breathing: Deep, controlled breathing is key during cold water immersion. Take slow breaths in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. This helps promote relaxation and minimises the body's stress response.

4️⃣ Full-body immersion: Ensure that your entire body, including your shoulders and chest, is fully submerged in the cold water. This maximises the benefits and stimulates blood circulation throughout your body.

5️⃣ Time submerged: Aim for a total immersion time of around 5-10 minutes. However, listen to your body and adjust the duration based on your comfort level and individual tolerance.
