Dress for a Difference 👗

Coffee morning ☕️ and Second hand dress sale!!!

One of our lovely clients Siobhan is hosting this gorgeous event on Friday week 16th October in Four Swans Therapy & Wellness in Duleek.

This charity event is in aid of the Gary Kelly cancer support centre and Siobhan herself, sadly lost her sister to cervical cancer just a few years ago.

Tickets for the event can be bought on eventbrite for just €10.

If you can’t make it, but would like to show your support, maybe you have a nice Coast dress worn once to a wedding that somebody else would ❤️ If so, you can bring it to the studio before next Friday.

You asked, we listened!! *New* added classes on our timetable from October.

Extra morning 11.30am mixed level classes both on Monday and Fridays to meet demand and reduce waitlists.

New later 8pm class on Thursday evenings to accommodate Dublin commuters not getting back to Drogheda in time for our 7pm classes.

Lastly, we are reintroducing our 4pm class back onto the timetable, starting Tuesday 13th October, this class is perfect for students or teachers with an earlier finish time.

As it’s our Birthday week, we’ve added a limited time special offer to our packages.
This package only activates when first booking is made, so you can keep it to use at a later time or when your current package ends.
It’s valid for all classes on our timetable, and available until Friday September 11th 🤍

Celebrating One year of Reformlab🎉🎉🎉

This day last year, we opened our doors with a simple hope - that this space would be a place you look forward to coming back to 🤍

Today, we are overwhelmed at what it’s actually become, a place where you show up for yourselves, cheer each on and leave a little stronger than you walked in….

To every member who trusted us with their first class, their tenth, their hundredth, thank you, you built this with us🙏🏻

Hi everyone, I’m Dani!

I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over six years, and helping people is something I’m extremely passionate about.

My background is in strength training and personal training, and I’m also a first place bikini bodybuilding champion.

I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and how movement can make us feel stronger, more confident, and simply better. That’s what led me to fall in love with Pilates and Reformer training.

I love that every class is an opportunity to move, learn, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.
