Great session for today's PTs and Bootcamp.
Hats off to everyone who in general is getting back into a training routine.
It is not easy, it is scary and intimidating for alot of people, especially after not having the luxury to do it for so long with Covid. But believe me it is worth it.
The feeling you get from
1. Making time for yourself
2. Getting out of the house we have been stuck in for the past 12 months
3. Being around people and catching up
4. Pushing yourself and the sense of achievement
5. Feeling energised and motivated
6. Feeling positive
7. Feeling strong
The list is endless. I hope you can make the decision to get back and get started again.

Can we all just take a minute to appreciate this post from my amazing client.
You are brave, strong and inspirational.
Your story will resonate with so many, thank you for sharing it.
It is so important to do things for the right reasons and setting goals solely based on how you physically look on the outside is not going to get you what you want in the long run.
Jen joined Cmcfitness with the intention of making time for herself, putting herself 1st for once, by focusing on getting her sessions in, by focusing on making herself feel stronger physically and emotionally and this happened because she pushed herself.
Jen did not join with intention of being a size 8 or looking like somebody on Instagram and because her focus was on herself she is making massive strides and is feeling and looking stronger and fitter everyday.
Put your focus in the right direction and you are capable of so much.
Congratulations Jen your doing amazing keep it up ❤

Little Shout out to all my amazing clients, who have pushed themselves this week. I have stepped things up this week in our PT sessions and they all absolutely killed it 💪
If you want results you have to push yourself, you have to be uncomfortable. You have to trust the process and you will amaze yourself.
