Who am I?
I started training at 16. Like most lads, it was for vanity.
Ten years later I was still nowhere near the body I wanted. I was in the gym — but I was guessing. Pulling bits from magazines, copying what other people were doing, chasing whatever the latest article said.
The unlock came in my mid-twenties, when I walked into a Muay Thai gym and met a coach who showed me what proper training actually looks like. Accountability. Structure. Consistency. The body followed, fast.
That's when I decided to become a coach myself.
Over the next decade I went deep. Mentorships. Seminars. Books. Courses. Every training method, every nutrition strategy, every hack. I tried it all.
And here's what I worked out.
Most of it is noise. Especially for men in their 40s working full-time, running a business, raising kids. Getting in shape isn't complicated. It comes down to a handful of fundamentals done consistently, inside a structure that fits the life you actually live.
I'm 41. I run a business, I have a family, I work full-time. I'm in the best shape of my life — not because I've found extra hours, but because the system I follow is built to survive the life I actually have.
That's what I do for the men I coach.
If you're a capable man over 40 who's let things slip and you're tired of guessing — DM "COACHING."

143 kg and climbing.
His weight had gotten to an all-time high and was moving in the wrong direction. Failed attempts to sustain progress in the past were disheartening. He made it clear on the call this time he wanted to do things properly and never end up back where he was.
I explained to him the three phases necessary:
1. Strip the body fat.
2. Stabilise the new weight and body fat level.
3. Build muscle and a strong physique — this was his goal.
This gives you the best chance of sustaining the results and forging a new identity along the way.
So we got to work. On the left, Michael at his heaviest of 143 kg. In the middle, he had dropped to his lightest weight of 99.7 kg. On the right, Michael is up to 104.7 kg and is the leanest and strongest he has been.
Most men quit when the scale climbs. Michael didn’t — he kept working when his gut said stop.
Over the past year Michael has started his own business while continuing to work full-time, and added a new addition to the family.
Most men fail to sustain simply because they pull the plug way too early.

Brian is in his late thirties. Works in management. Sedentary job. Eating on the go three, four, five times a week — whatever the diary demanded.
He came to me because he couldn’t pick his kids up properly anymore. Couldn’t play with them the way he wanted to.
That’s not a fitness problem. That’s a standards problem. He holds a standard for the kind of father he wants to be, and his body had stopped meeting it.
Sixteen weeks later: 17kg down. 24cm off the waist. Training three times a week. Stronger than when he started.
He didn’t find more time. He didn’t fix his mindset first. He didn’t overhaul his life. He got a system that fit the life he actually has — and did the work inside it.
The mindset caught up after.

12.5 kg down. Belly Gone. Energy up.
Jason didn’t recognise the man in the mirror anymore. And his three kids were watching.
That’s what he kept coming back to. Not the weight on the scales, not the waist size — the fact that he was the man his kids were learning from, and the man they were learning from wasn’t the man he wanted to be.
Triathlons. CrossFit. Fad diets. He’d done the lot. Active his whole life. Then 40 hit and nothing stuck. The weight kept creeping. He’d always been the guy who figured it out — and this was the one thing he couldn’t.
He runs a large team. Three young kids at home. Time was never going to land in his lap.
When he came to Trans4rm Coaching he didn’t need motivation. He needed structure. So we built one and he executed it. No extremes. No nonsense. Boring, repeatable weeks that survived his actual life.
12.5 kg down. 13 cm off his waist. Stronger, leaner, more present at home than he’s been in years.
But ask Jason and that’s not what he’ll tell you. He’ll tell you his kids see a different man now. That’s the win.
If you’re ready to find out what working together looks like — DM me the word COACHING.

He didn’t come to me looking for a HYROX medal.
He came to me because he hated what he saw in the mirror.
30%+ body fat. Zero routine. Low confidence.
Always tired. Always putting himself last.
In the first phase, we stripped the fat at a pace he didn’t think was possible.
Then we rebuilt him—slowly, properly, and sustainably.
No rebounds. No nonsense. No excuses.
Nine months later, this man stood on a HYROX start line lean, confident, and ready.
And he finished strong.
That’s not just fat loss. That’s a complete identity shift.

Amazing results from my client Nigel.
A 50-year-old father with a demanding, high-stress career.
Nigel reached out because his weight was heading in the wrong direction and nothing he tried could bring it back down. With work taking over and very little time for himself, he was stuck in a cycle of stress, poor habits, and no structure.
He’d tried every fad diet over the years — but nothing ever stuck.
And despite having a background in powerlifting and knowing how to train, he felt everything outside the gym was letting him down.
On top of that, his blood pressure was high, his cholesterol was high, and his doctor told him he was pre-diabetic.
Fast forward a few months…
He’s down 15kg on the scales and 24cm from his waistline.
His blood pressure is normal.
His cholesterol is normal.
His blood sugar is normal.
And he feels better at 50 than he has done in over 20 years.
Structure works.
Systems work.
And Nigel is proof that it’s never too late to take control.
