-*Ella Carey* was selected by the IFA Girls Academy to attend the Lazio trials. Last year she was the Player of the Year for Athlone Town WU19’s team. She has moved to Treaty United WU19’s this season A talented and versatile player who is only 16 years old.

Ella started playing Soccer with the boys at her first club Killavilla United at 6 years of age. They formed a girls team and during her time there she won a few leagues and cups and also 2 all Ireland Community Games Medals. She signed for Athlone Town and played for 2 Seasons with their U17s and last season with their U19s where she finished Player of the Year. She have just signed with Treaty United in Limerick. She love’s the friendships she has made through soccer and is relishing the opportunity to trial with Lazio.
- *Abi Ward* was selected by the IFA Academy to attend the Lazio trials.
She currently plays with Bray Wanders WU19’s and is a strong and reliable player either in defense or on the wing.

At only 17 years old this is her 3rd season with Bray Wanderers and loves playing for the club. She have played football for as long as she can remember and enjoyed every moment of it. She is very dedicated player. It has given her alot of opportunities as a young girl and she is extremely grateful for the opportunity given by the IFAAcademy to go on trial. She is excited to get started.
