Well done to Lauren Hill and Amy Crosby who represented us at the National Finals in Carlow.
Lauren’s longest puck was 73.25m and Amy’s was 63.45. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make the final, but the girls enjoyed the day and gained valuable experience.
Not forgetting Chloe Coughlan who represented us at the Regional Finals in Athlone at the beginning of August. Chloe also had a good day at her first big competition. Lots of experience gained for next year.
Well done girls πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

We had a great turnout of Killann athletes in Shercock on Sunday last for the Community Games County finals.

Our first year of entering the Long Puck was a great success for our three girls. Amy Crosbie was 1st, Lauren Hill was 2nd and Edith McConnon was 3rd. πŸ₯‡πŸ₯ˆπŸ₯‰
Amy and Lauren will now represent Cavan at the National Final in August.

Chloe Coughlan was 2nd in the U12 100m πŸ₯ˆ
