πŸ“© DM for class info & bookings

This week’s spotlight features two standout performers from our Action Workshop in Cork, led by instructor Philip Condron.

Our 6-hour intensive workshops are designed to build combat fundamentals and performance skills, culminating in a choreographed fight sequence filmed for each participant.

This sequence highlights Christine Filadelfia, a first-time participant who delivered an impressive performance in her introduction to the art of Screen Combat. We’re excited to see her continued development. A big thank you to Aoife Commons, who supported her throughout the process with patience, teamwork, and a strong performance.

Together, they showcased the foundation of using Martial Arts Fundamentals and Acting to create a cinematic performance for screen.

πŸ’‘ Our Ethos: We train performers to move with purpose, discipline, and cinematic awareness combining martial arts, screen combat, and storytelling to create action that reads powerfully on screen.

⚑ More workshop showcases and student performances coming soon.

Grateful for the students who put in the work, respect the process, and bring their best energy every time. These projects are about more than fight scenes, they’re about teamwork, growth, and the discipline it takes to tell powerful stories on screen. Excited to share what’s coming soon.
