TRAINING HARD BUT STILL FEELING TIRED ALL THE TIME?

Big effort from everyone at yesterday’s HIIT session in Glenageary 👏🔥

Wednesday & Saturday HIIT sessions are always a blast with you guys!

One thing we love about these sessions is seeing all levels training together.

Some people are pushing for performance.
Some are building confidence.
Some are just trying to feel fitter, healthier, and more energised.

But everybody shows up and puts the work in 💪

That’s what makes the atmosphere in STRONGER what it is.

No egos.
No pressure.

Just good people working hard together.

IF YOU’RE LIFTING THE SAME WEIGHTS EVERY WEEK…
Don’t expect your body to change.

Your body adapts fast.

That’s where progressive overload comes in.
