Last month we launched Inferno@Home where we rented out a machine of your choice along with Polar Hr monitor at a program to follow at home for the month.
Those who jumped on board have given great feedback so we will be running this again for anyone interested.
For β¬150 we will drop and collect the machine of your choice along with the Hr strap and program to follow along to.
Machines are limited so drop us a message to get your name on oneπ

A great way to stay focused while adding to your strength and conditioning training is to measure how many steps you do each dayπ
For optimum health, You should be aiming to get between 5,000-10,000 steps every day 4-8 km (depending on your stride length) π
If you donβt have a pedometer or activity tracker (and even if you do), hereβs a quick way to hit your # of steps:
πΆπΎββοΈπΆπΎββοΈGo for a quick 15-20 minute walk BOTH midmorning and midafternoon. Most of us walk around 3-4 mph (4.5 to 6.5 kph). That should get you to the right number!

14 days into 2021 and this is where some cracks can start to appear.
You have been eating good and going on daily walks and motivation is starting to wane a little.
Starting to question things..
β‘οΈAm i eating the right things?
β‘οΈMaybe im not eating enough? π
β‘οΈShould i be doing different exercises for fatloss?
etc etc....
I love this analogy as its so true.
For 99% of you things are probably going great its just gonna take more time to really start to see the results.
My advice to you is to stick at itπͺ
Refocus for the next 2 weeks and lets reassess then as i guarantee you will be another few layers deeperπ₯
