Robyn Oโ€™Connor - Rugby Players Ireland Womenโ€™s Young Player of the Year ๐Ÿ†

Huge congratulations to our Scholarship student who received the Womenโ€™s Young Player of the Year Award last week for her outstanding performances during this yearโ€™s Womenโ€™s 6 Nations campaign ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ‘

Itโ€™s been a brilliant few months for Robyn, earning her first Ireland Senior cap in the Womenโ€™s 6 Nations against Italy scoring two tries on her debut!

She has since continued on her exceptional form with four starts and another try along with an assist against Scotland last weekend in a historic day for Irish Womenโ€™s Rugby in the Aviva Stadium ๐Ÿ™Œ

She has managed to achieve all of this while studying for her first year exams in Business Management here . They began just last Tuesday, in the build-up to the clash with Scotland, highlighting her dedication and commitment to both her sporting career as well as balancing her academic studies ๐Ÿ‘

A massive well done to Robyn on an incredible achievement in her debut season ๐Ÿค

National Volunteering Week ๐Ÿค

This week marks National Volunteering Week and today we would like to celebrate all of our student volunteers who give so much to developing sport here in ๐Ÿ™Œ

A huge thank you to all of our sport club volunteers across our 34 active sports clubs who delivered over 2,000 sporting events this academic year accumulating to over 4,200 hours of sporting activity!

Without our volunteers none of this would be possible - their incredible work ethic and drive to help promote, develop and run their sports clubs is what has made sport here in TU Dublin what it is today ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

A massive thank you once again to you all for your fantastic work ๐ŸŽ‰
