3 Tips for progress in Gains 🎯
1: Eat 🐷
Good Nutrition provides us with fuel to push our training intensity up! Whilst providing adequate recovery so we can continue to grow and get stronger! What you invest into it you will receive back in returned interest of gains .
2: Train 💪🏻
It's important to have a rough outline of what you want to accomplish in the Gym, A plan and structure! A training Diary would be a good option with this, so you can train with intent! Focused, switching off the world outside!
3: Sleep 😴
Getting adequate Rest is Vital for our performance in and outside the gym, without it you will not progress as much as you want to so aiming for avg of 7 hours nightly would be ideal! This should be a priority.

The fact your not trying, automatically puts the failure rate higher, and that comes
Down to self belief
Self belief that you can take on this new task you want to achieve without just looking at it and saying that’s a lot of work
The new task, the new journey just hangs there in the back ground, literally within questionable reach everyday enough to drive you mad, procrastinating everyday and you would Probably be half way if not the whole way there already
Believe me when I say this, you owe it to yourself to be what you want to be, the goal, task or dream you have is there for the taking, everyday that passes and you don’t start, it turns into a bigger regret over time …don’t let it be!
Don’t waste anymore time, start working toward what you want deeply 🎯

Your whole journey should be based on self development, everything in the fitness industry is not purely based on the physical but on the mental, if we can focus that energy or direct it at any task there is no telling what your capable of!

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be bland nor Difficult to change to, you shouldn’t be starving! it’s basically just making a better choice for your own health and respecting your body!

Eating healthy can give you a mental boost of positivity, along with energy! Making you more confident in yourself
And the things you want to shoot for in life!(yes food can do this!)

3 quick tips to a healthier you!

1: Get off your ass

Start moving more, get an exercise routine going, maybe even just a small walk - challenge yourself to 2-3 30
Mins weekly to start, don’t have an all or nothing attitude!

2: healthier food choices

Deep down we all know what’s good for us and what’s not so cut the s**t and start eating more of that healthier stuff

3: change your attitude

Attitude and the way we look/ perceive can be slightly negative sometimes, when you feel yourself getting negative quickly stop yourself and analyse why your doing that, it takes double the amount of energy expelled from stress being negative- safe yourself the headache and be happy!
