A traditional Kenpo Karate/kickboxing club welcome to all ages. Training focuses on fitness, fun, and the core principles of Martial Arts.
Perrystown Kenpo was founded by Sensei Alan Norris 8th Degree Black Belt. The club trains in traditional kenpo karate, covering a range of self defense techniques and kata taken from the traditional system, as well as street fighting defense techniques. Training incorporates both of these styles alongside core fitness and strength training. Engaging in sparring and competitions is optional. New me

Great start last night with our first night back after summer. So great to see some old faces, and some new ones too. We will be back again on Thursday for the seniors, and juniors back next Monday. 🙏🏻

Due to the bad weather delaying refurbishments in the community centre, we will not be returning to training until Monday 20th January. In the meantime, keep practising your forms and try to stay active 💪🏻🙏🏻

What a lovely way to finish the year last night with some cosy pints and chats. What a great year it's been for the club; welcoming back some old faces as well as welcoming some new faces too. It's a nice moment to reflect on all our achievements and good times throughout the year 🥰
