Barre Blitz instructor workshop - Sunday the 13th of July. Pilates Centre has brought dance and Pilates together, bringing our own twist to a barre workout. On our CYQ endorsed workshop you'll learn how to confidently teach a mixed level class. Detailed instructor manuals with pictures will be supplied.

Barre Blitz - It's not Ballet, it's not Pilates, but somehow it's kind of both!! The best part? You don't need to be a dancer or Pilates whizz to enjoy it!

Our Sunday workshop will teach you the most popular Barre Blitz movements, how to teach them, and how to modify or advance them so that you can confidently teach a mixed level class. Detailed instructor manuals with pictures will be supplied.

Barre Blitz: Pilates Centre has brought dance and Pilates together, bringing our own twist to a barre workout. The Pilates class will be brought on it's feet (literally!) and the barre will be used as a prop. The class will combine some familiar Pilates movements incorporating the barre and also some ballet barre work - but not in the traditional way!
