OUR GOAL :To help raise as much money for your charity or club Where he has trained many title winning boxers

Participants will take part in an intense 6 weeks training under the watchful
eye of Darren Gaughran, who will use his 18 years experience of

Hi all, Charity Fight Nights white collar boxing training for Canteen Ireland starts tomorrow at 8pm in Kilbarrack fitness centre, myself and James Leahy will be taking the class up :) see you all soon :)

Hi all training is starting next Tuesday the 14th of April in kilbarrack fitness centre behind Naomh barrog gaa club at 8pm sharp.The fight night will take place on Saturday 23rd of May in Portmarnock sports & leisure centre. (The same venue that Damien Dempsey is playing in this weekend)This fight night will be in aid of Canteen Ireland. There will be €1,000 prize money up for grabs on the night for fighters only. There will also be a free bus and tickets on the night for tamangos night club Portmarnock.If you have any friends that would like to take part in this fight night can you let me know.Thanks.Looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Hi all, time has come we're organising a white collar boxing event in aid of Cateen Ireland.It will take place in Danelion nightclub St Stephen's Green Dublin. We're looking for male and female fighters to take part in this event no experience needed, our 6 week training course will start in about 3 weeks time. You'll also have a choice to fight for a CFN belt and prize money of a €1,000 for boxers on the night.Anyone looking to participate for this fantastic cause please send us a mail
