Big promotion at the gym yesterday.
We had two OG's in the 10th planet system come over from California to teach and train with us.
Big thank you to these gents for the blue belt and for the knowledge , tips and good vibes.
Pleasure to learn off these legends In their own right and for a big portion of our gym to level up 😁 Huge thank you to the guys again and to all the training partners down at for the consistently solid rolls, flows and drills.
Great job again lads and thanking you xox

Here's a Nice few Hip Mobility drills that can be really useful for Muay Thai and General movement.
Stability-Balance-Mobility

Starting with zero warm up I kick the bag to see my starting range of motion.
Second: I use a dowel close to hip height and balance it on 2 chairs. ( Not the best idea, but an extra factor to keep me on my toes)
Third: I go back to kick the bag after the 1st phase of the warm up.

I used a few things I had in the house to challenge myself. Hopefully my Mulan inspired home workout can get people with little or no equipment to have a good workout in the house or out the back!!
Would love to get some feedback on this video. Quality wise I would say it's the best I've uploaded but I'll keep improving and like I said...

I made another little video with an emphasis on upper back, shoulders and also the Hips.
Should be great for anyone who's feeling tight in all the above places.
All you need is a couch or coffee table and ideally a Mat or a folded over towel if you don't have one.
