Pilates:
My physio recommended Pilates to help with my spine issues and reduce pain in my neck and shoulders. I started with Anatomy Pilates 2 years ago and the weekly class has practically eliminated my need for physio. Malcolm changes the class routines and equipment regularly and they are always challenging! Pilates is great for strength and flexibility and I will be keeping it up for life.

Hi All . The summer term of Pilates will start on July 3rd . We only have class on Wednesday evening during the summer . Beginners is on at 7pm followed by intermediate at 8pm .
