Colosseum gym

Large room to rent was previously recovery room and is well kitted out as such and could be kept going as is. But can also be stripped out and used for a variety of different businesses such as Barbers , PT gym, therapy or wellness rooms etc. Gym already has a big footfall and many other businesses in house so successful candidate would be joining a community where we all give each other a dig out. Unfortunately there is going to be a small increase in fees going forward. We have only done this once before in the 12 years we are in business. Due to inflation and rising energy costs and the costs to keep our gym maintained to the high standards that we do. We hope our loyal customers understand. This will be In effect from 1st November 2025.
