Due to request from over half of last weeks participants the start time is now 7.15pm. This allows a little extra time to get home from work, get ready and get going! Make sure you tell your friends if you see this message and think they might not.

I know it's raining but it's very mild, so I'm still planning on starting tonight 6.45pm portmarnock beach!
