Group exercise session Portmarnock Athletic Club. I've raced 5k to marathons, sprint tri's to Ironman distance and everything in between.

If your goals are weight loss orientated, planning a personal best in a running race or just general fitness and health I can help. I've also done all that without ever being injured. So come along for some fun, safe exercise and if you want I'll teach you how to maximise your training.

Due to request from over half of last weeks participants the start time is now 7.15pm. This allows a little extra time to get home from work, get ready and get going! Make sure you tell your friends if you see this message and think they might not.
