You cannot ask your mind to achieve what isn’t feasible.
It’s like training a muscle: you wouldn’t lift heavy weights right away; instead, you start small.
To change your life, you must take control—be the master, with your mind as the servant. Until you discipline your mind, unity remains elusive; you’re either training obedience or disobedience.
Eliminate temptations by disposing of distractions like sugar, ci******es, and caffeine. Don’t make it easy for your mind to stray into disobedience.
Start small. Try this in the morning: when you wake up, tell yourself, “I am the master, and my mind obeys.” Shift your identity. Then, command your mind: “Get up!” If you don’t get up right away, do five quick up-and-down movements. You are training obedience and countering disobedience.
This isn’t a quick fix, but over time, your mind will recognize that the path of least resistance is to obey.
Remember, you are the master.
