Happy new year to all Yoga moms and babies. Classes have restarted for 2016. Wednesday morning mum&baby @ 11am Healthy Way Leixlip, this class includes baby massage or for something a little stronger for mums Thursday @ 1.30pm. New year new you.

Starting next week you will have a choice of mum and baby classes at the Healthy Way Ralph Square Leixlip. Wednesday at 11am will remain for small babies with some gentle post natal exercise for mum and some lovely massage for baby.Thursday at 1,30 will see the start of a stretch and tone class for mum.If you would like a stronger ante natal exercise class but don't want to leave baby at home this class is for you.
