Our Gym is EXPLODING! Which means yet another exciting opportunity exists to join the Team of New Element Fitness in Milltown as a Personal trainer & Gym Instructor!

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for training some of our large client base on our fast growing Body Transformation Program. You will also be assisting in the day to day operation of the New Element Fitness Gym, including looking after gym members, signing new members up, and keeping the gym clean and tidy.
The position will require you to work at New Element Fitness in Milltown, Dublin 6, and may include weekend work.
Hours will be discussed during the interview process.

For this position you must have a qualification or degree in Fitness with good general knowledge of nutrition and training, a strong work ethic, and a formidable attention to detail. You must also have a demonstrated passion for the health & fitness industry.

Wow! Check out Conor’s amazing transformation. Conor started training with us at the start of the year on our Body Transformation Program (far left).
When we went into lockdown Conor persisted through his training and continued on his journey until he reached his goal. Conor sent this picture across on the right yesterday. He has lost a total of 10 stone in 10 months!!😱 Thats a slogan and a half right there💪
Very proud of Conor as this is proof that hard work and persistence always pays off in the end.
Congratulations man, you will no doubt be a big inspiration to many.

Excitement is starting to build around our Commit To Fit Bootcamp, here’s some details you need to know:
•Each workout will be around 40 minutes of high intensity bodyweight circuits. Suitable for anyone who is looking to get fit and lose weight!
•For the past 6 weeks our bootcamp workouts were taking place on Mondays and Wednesdays and that was great! But this time around we’re adding an extra workout every week that will take place on Fridays so we’ll be finishing the week stronger than ever 💪🏻
•We’re moving our live workouts from Zoom to Facebook. All of our bootcamp members will be in a private Facebook group that will be hosting the live workouts at 1pm, 3 days a week. This also allows us to keep the workouts up for the week, so if you missed the live session you’ll be able to go back and do the class like you’re there live.
There are still more details to come so make sure you keep an eye on our page over the next week! You won’t want to miss anything!
