On September 8th we will host a very historic day for Kenpo Karate. We scheduled seminars for this day in order to raise funds for Senior Master Barney Coleman from Dublin, Ireland. Barney Coleman suffered a heart attack which lead to a stroke and is now recovering. The investment for all seminars is $50. All of these Hall of Fame teachers are volunteering their time to help a true leader of Kenpo Karate, Senior Master Barney Coleman.

My next announcement is one that gives me great pleasure. We will have 2 major rank advancements.

First Professor Tom Bleecker will be promoted to his 8th Degree. His great career spans well over 50 years and his service to Kenpo continues with his teaching and his writing ability.

Master John Sepulveda to his 10th Degree. Master Sepulveda is a true leader and I couldn't be happier that he has accepted this well earned advancement.

Both of these gentlemen have over 50 years of commitment to our art and personally I am so proud they will be honored at our school September 8th. I hope hundreds can come and help us raise funds for Master Barney Coleman and honor 2 of Kenpo's legends.
