Good Afternoon , I was Reading a Fitness article a few days ago and it inspired me to write about the process of CHANGING YOUR MIND in order to make an impact on your life something I don't think is discussed enough not physical because that's obvious but actually CHANGING THE WAY YOU THINK in order to make a positive impact on your life as were a Fitness page I'm aiming this towards people who want to "Tone Up" "Lose Weight" "Get A Beach Body" or "To Become a healthier person". Whether your Addicted to Drugs , Ci******es, Alcohol , Food ( leading to been borderline "obese" overweight or under weight !! ) or whether your Depressed it all comes down to one thing and that's Changing Your Mind or the way you think . You wouldn't just tell someone addicted to drugs to give them up , or someone addicted to smokes to just give them up or an alcoholic to stop drinking or someone suffering with depression to cheer up or someone overweight to stop eating so much food yes that's exactly what they should do but the problem is deeper than that first you have to CHANGE MIND to make a positive change physically long term and the only person who can do that is YOU . If YOU change the way YOU think and Set yourself a Goal anything is possible to get the Body YOU want and Be Happy in Your Own Skin our classes are only a tool to help , Body Burn And Tone Class 6:30pm Tomorrow ( Last Class before break till Sept )
