Another one of our kids class products. Nathan is 12 years old. Just a year ago he suffered badly with Osgood Schlatters disease which is a nasty condition related to the growth of adolescents. He could not squat, run, jump or put pressure on his knee joints. Through patience, treatment and working on his flexibility, he has overcome this and taken a huge growth spurt. This is his 1RM Front squat of 50kg. Nathan’s sport is swimming and he currently swims with the Portmarnock swimming club.
He has a super attitude to training and now moves into our teen set up as he is going into secondary school. Maith an buachaill Nathan. Plenty more in store for you.
Please show your appreciation for our kids and teens as they put in endless work and effort in the gym. May have some new athletes soon...

More progression from young Jodie Sherlock today with a new PB of 65kg in her Back Squat. Jodie has been training with us a couple of years now and has gone from our kids class to the teens class and is seriously talented. She is only 13 years old. Jodie’s sport/hobby is dancing and is proving that strength work can be influential for all sports.. Well done Jodie, brilliant stuff.
