Today was tough, but there's always tomorrow, so let's prep to make it as good as it can be!
* Make a list of things you need to do tomorrow.
* Give all of your things on the list an amount of time you need to complete them.
* Pirortise them from most important to least.
* Be realistic with your time, move things that aren't most important for another day if you need to.
* Only focus on what you can control.
* Make time for self care - exercise, meditation, me-time, etc.
* Practice positive affirmations.
* Be kind to yourself and speak nicely to yourself.

Affirmations are brillant for motivating your actions, mood and thinking patterns. They help reaffirm positivity back into your life and increase your self confidence.
